PLOT SYNOPSIS

The 'Secret Seam' is the biggest held secret of the century, a literal rip in the fabric of the universe. Nobody knows where it is or what it does, but there are those willing to kill others to find out, and a map to its location has just fallen into Jonathon Child's lap. After his step-father is murdered and mother kidnapped, he must find the seam before it's too late.
Conceived in 2014 as an idea for a novel, writer/director David Gilleand abandoned the project after a heavy load of writer's block, but kept hope on completing it one day. In late 2021, he decided to revisit the project - this time as a screenplay and finished writing in two weeks' time. From there, he put out a casting call and hired a number of people all over the world to help make his story a reality, most of which are fellow YouTubers.
The end result is a unique Screenlife adventure unlike anything you've ever seen.
About the Director
David Gilleand was born February 16, 1988 in Mishawaka, Indiana. He grew up with two older brothers that loved movies, one day aspiring to make his own. Throughout his childhood, he made home movies with his brothers, and his love for film only grew from there on.
David studied drama in high school, landing him with a leading role in a high school production of Sleeping Beauty. After graduation, David spent some time studying video, photography and sound in college.
Today, he lives in Michigan, and on his free time, he loves to be a husband and father to his two sons while also managing his YouTube channel, Interpreting the Stars, where he is a self-proclaimed film critic.
